01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ph163 Casino website located at https://ph163.vip and any associated mobile applications, software, or services provided by ph163 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are effective from the date you first access or register on the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise using any feature of the ph163 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the ph163 Casino Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities is 21 years. ph163 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph163, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ph163 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph163 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph163 may result in account suspension or termination.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ph163 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph163 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph163 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must notify ph163 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph163 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ph163 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph163 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Cards: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

ph163 does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency payments of any kind are not accepted on the ph163 Platform.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on ph163 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction within your ph163 account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, or otherwise verified by ph163.
• ph163 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ph163 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the ph163 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph163 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ph163 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph163 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Players must satisfy all stated conditions before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• ph163 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors to gain an unfair advantage, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• ph163 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus winnings where stated in the specific promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph163 Platform operate under specific game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

ph163 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games to ensure genuinely random and unmanipulated outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, ph163 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ph163 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

ph163 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph163 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the ph163 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the ph163 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph163 staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph163 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system error, or service interruption.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.

ph163's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph163 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph163's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph163 arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. You may contact ph163 customer support to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph163 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
